Optional Item: Accommodation at Cumberland Lodge
Cumberland Lodge is the ILP 2011 conference venue and situated within Windsor Great Park. Patron is The Queen, who has granted sole occupancy of a splendid seventeenth-century house for discussions aimed at the betterment of society. Room booking is ONLY available through our registration page.
- Minimum stay is one night at Cumberland Lodge.
- Dinner (40 GBP pppn) is automatically applied when booking at Cumberland Lodge.
- Breakfast included.
- To help reduce costs, the option of twin rooms is available however you are responsible for finding the other person to share with. The name of the person to share with must be provided when you book the shared twin room through our registration page. If this person later cancels, you should try to find your own replacement or else you will automatically be liable for the higher single room rate.
Optional Item: Dinner at Cumberland Lodge
If you are staying at Cumberland Lodge then dinner costs of 40.00 GBP per person, per night automatically apply
for Sunday 31st July and Monday 1st August 2011. This item will be applied on the accommodation page.
If you are not staying at Cumberland Lodge, then you have the option of joining the group for dinner on these nights.
Please note that the dinner cost of 40.00 GBP per person covers the food and soft drink only and a cash bar will be open for you to purchase your own alcoholic drinks.

Visa Request
We are able to provide visa letters for any delegate once we have received your payment. Please wait until you have your receipt and then email your request to Bridget Gundry (bridget.gundry@imperial.ac.uk).
